How to get to the meeting poin?
Take a 15-minute ride by bus No. 12 from Riva promenade (St. Francis church); rent a bike (Next bike); take a walk there (from St. Francis church it takes approx. 35 min.)
When do we meet you?
Please make sure to come to the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour

Know before you go
What do you need to bring?
Bring a swimsuit, a towel, a hat, some sun protection, sunglasses, water shoes (if you have), a bottle of water and cash money for personal expenses.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Agency reserves the right to alternate program without prior notice. In case of major changes or cancellations of a specific program booked by the Client, the Agency will advise the Client as soon as possible and provide the following options:
a) Client may accept a new departure date or destination
b) Client may accept a replacement package/excursion of equivalent or closely similar itinerary
c) Client may cancel his/her booking altogether and receive a full refund of the money paid
